Wedding Photography Mottram Hall
With my wedding photography studio in Macclesfield Cheshire I am very fortunate to be surrounded by some fabulous wedding venues. One of those being Mottram Hall. I have had the pleasure of photographing weddings at Mottram on numerous occasions.
I was chosen this time by Nickie and Simon. They had decided to get ready and have the wedding ceremony and wedding breakfast all at Mottram Hall. With enough room apart so they didn’t bump into each other I had the opportunity to go from room to room and capture the frantic (but fun) preparations for the wedding ceremony.
One of my favourite shots of the day was Nickie and the father of the bride waiting to go into the wedding ceremony. It really shows the emotions of the day and I can assure you they were happy tears.
The Wedding Ceremony
The wedding ceremony was held at Mottram Hall. The registrar was so helpful as I was given free reign to photograph throughout. A great plus for me. As a reportage wedding photographer these are shots you would not want to miss.
After the wedding ceremony and drinks it was on to the group photographs. The grounds at Mottram hall offer the perfect setting for wedding photography. I took Nickie and Simon out for a short time (so not to interrupt the enjoyment of their day) just to get some more intimate shots. Next the wedding couple were off to enjoy the wedding breakfast.
The Wedding Breakfast
As with the bride and groom getting ready photography I also feel the speeches is another opportunity for those natural shots. Nickie’s and Simon’s didn’t fail to deliver with some great moments captured. The laughter from the best mans speech and the emotional tears of the father of the brides speech. Not forgetting a mixture of the two from the grooms wedding speech of course.
It was a pleasure to photograph Nickie and Simon’s wedding. Just a quick mention for the extremely helpful wedding planner at Mottram hall who made my day a lot easier.
