Cheshire Wedding Photographers …
Now quite a few of my weddings are in Cheshire. As a cheshire wedding photographer based in Macclesfield that is what you would expect. However I do travel and enjoy nothing more than venturing out around the uk to photograph weddings. Even out of the country from time to time.
The wedding of Kate and David was one such wedding. They had found me on the great World Wide Web and asked would I consider travelling to Chichester in Sussex . They liked my relaxed and informal style of wedding photography. Which of course my answer was yes.
Ok it was an earlier start for me than normal but it seemed like no time at all when I was their and ready to go. The bride to be was getting ready at her parents house. This was also where the wedding breakfast was going to be after the wedding ceremony. It was a great location and I got some relaxed and informal shots of the bride getting ready. Along with a personal favourite of the eye to eye contact between the page boy and bridesmaid . It’s one of the things I love about being a wedding photographer. Capturing those little moments from an emotional day.
The Wedding Ceremony
It was then on to the church in the heart of Chichester where the bride and groom were to exchange the wedding vows. The vicar allowed me to take pictures throughout the ceremony and as you can see from the images it’s always worth asking. The emotions from the wedding vows is a fantastic opportunity for the wedding photographer as the bride and groom are blissfully unaware of my presence.
After the traditional confetti shots outside the church (always a must in my view) it was back to the brides parents house. Photographing the group wedding photos and a short time with the bride and groom. I stayed for the the all important wedding speeches and the cutting of the cake and it was then time for me to go.
A thoroughly enjoyable day photographing the wedding in Chichester Sussex. Hopefully I’ll be around there again soon. As just like all of us Cheshire wedding photographers it does not mean we can’t go further afield …
